Specifications: The Acer AS4530-6823 is an entry-level portable 14-inch consumer notebook packed with all the functionality needs moderate computer. It is powered by a 2 GHz AMD Athlon 64 X2 QL-62 and 3 GB of RAM. The RAM can be increased to a maximum of 4 GB. Like many phones of its kind on the market, this notebook Acer has 320GB of storage. He is ready Wi-Fi (802.11b / g) and also comes with speakers Stereo, DVD RW, a webcam and a card reader. It has a 6-cell battery that can last up to 3 hours on a single charge.
Design: The Acer AS4530-6823 Notebook weight 5.3 pounds and measures 13.3 x 9.6 x 1.5 inches. It sports Acer Gemstone design (assigned). The Gemstone design features mainly outside of the laptop. The exterior has a shiny almost glossy surface that looks very nice. Indoor sports a plain on the other side (almost boring) color. The frame around the screen and the keyboard area is black / gray in color and has a matt surface.
Features and performance: Considering the processing power, large storage, decent specifications and a tag bargain price, despite its faults, the Acer AS4530-6823 Notebook is actually a pretty good buy. Currently, costs about $ 500 each. Laptops with similar specifications from other manufacturers like Sony, HP, Toshiba, and are $ 200 – $ 300 more expensive than the Acer. This is probably due to the fact that running on an AMD instead of Intel processor (not a problem for me AMD has proven to be as good as Intel). Decent standard specification also allows a portable device capable of work or entertainment. I recommend the Acer AS4530-6823 laptop at any price sensitive consumers.
