I get my own computer in 3 months and will be the netbook from Acer on this site http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0926INGFS10112483&catid=27036 My family has a Dell desktop computer with the specifications as follows: Processor: Intel Celeron D@2.53 MHz HDD: 80 GB RAM: 512 MB OS: Windows Start XP Service Pack 3 others that I do not know what else. I know that RAM and hard drive are larger in the netbook, but I wonder how this preform Celeron D relative the Atom.
From a user perspective, really quite comparable. I have a netbook and a similar office.
