I use my laptop MacBook Air during the last 200 days. The more you use, I like the machine. My Air is now my perfect travel companion.

Many people have complained about the lack of air. As a single USB port, hot-swappable battery, no, no CD player, etc. until it is used as a road warrior, you really appreciate the ultra portability of the air.

My DVD-R/CD-RW Drive for my laptop no longer works?

I made this week a ago while trying to copy a CD My Laptop. Toll detect anything! Does not detect CD-ROM, DVD or CD. I have an Acer laptop and it is only a year and a half. I see it on DVD at school but not all days. I am really frustrated. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drive. I used a cleaning CD and DVD, and still does not. Is there anything I can do? When I insert a disk starts to make noise while you work and then goes off. Is it replaced or repaired. They still sell hard drives for laptops? Should I have an external drive because I have no money and would probably expensive to replace. Thank you!
