IPAD is said to be the netbook murderer. At its low cost and portability offered with great battery life, it almost seems that the murderer were speculations of a law netbook. But this falls apart when you start looking at the details. IPAD is far from reality kill the netbook market.
The laptops can perform multiple tasks. The IPAD is limited to one application at a time as the iPhone. In a netbook that can be typed into a word processor, music, web surfing, using spreadsheets, and many other features at once. Easy to work and use as you would a laptop. IPAD is not this functionality so it is really difficult to argue which is better than netbook.
Laptop computers have browsers. Without using Flash, it is difficult to argue that IPAD is a full browser experience. If we want to enter a hotel room and catch up on some shows on Hulu and network sites, possible. IPAD you buy the program via iTunes, and you can not watch video in the browser.
The laptops have expansion and USB ports. If you need more memory, the ability to install additional applications or additional hardware, the standard USB port will charge you for this use thousands of components. IPAD May no, no USB ports. It will be much easier to store media, print, and almost all remains a netbook.
Laptops, even the high-end versions are always cheaper than the cheapest iPad. It is difficult to justify paying 30% more for something they do at least 30% less.
