The portable power cable is connected, but the HP Pavilion dv4000 is exhausted? This happens all the time. The first thing to check is cord LED light. Normal LED on the power cables to display the status of the room. The HP Pavilion dv4000 AC Adapter as defective in May so if the adapter does not light up and the cable is firmly rooted in the transformer and power supply.
If so, what if the adapter does not work? These are the steps and verify the problem. (Note that this also works for Dell PA-10 AC Adapter and other Adapters)
- Make sure the power adapter brick is on.
- Turn off and unplug the laptop the AC system and after the inauguration. Wait 5 seconds.
- Plug the adapter directly into the wall socket, above surge, UPS, or extension cords. The DV4000 Adapter LED should produce a steady green.
- If you do not get the green light, try the adapter on another outlet in another room or check out working first with a lamp or a hairdryer.

- If the adapter LED lights, check the connections wrong team.
- Examine the output of the system to ensure it has not tilt, lost, or pushed in pins.
- Plug the adapter directly into the HP laptop on surge protectors, extension cords, etc. Make sure the plug of the power adapter fits tightly into the computer plug.
- If you have access another team like yours, try the card in it or its adapter on your computer.
