The Acer X193WB 19 "monitor is compatible with Windows XP?
I am willing to buy this monitor as an upgrade for my HP 2005. But without one comment said it was not compatible with Windows XP … They said that no matter which Windows is installed, just be aware that the connection of energy I had, either DVI or analog … I never thought that Windows has nothing to do with a monitor Working / not working? So it really matter or is this person talking about the port without windows? The main question is whether or not this monitor works with my Windows XP, provided it has the same ports? which is analog?
This monitor has DVI (digital video input). It seems that your computer or video card has only analog? You need a DVI to analog connection. It has nothing to do with your system Operating (XP).
