What motherboard uses the Intel CPU can replace M2NC51 ASUS TV-AR HP s3120n Slimline PC?

my HP s3120n Slimline PC TV Agreement overheating is broken (I suppose) and can no longer start. I want a replacement motherboard that use the Intel CPU and can kept in the same slimline cases. I want a reliable team, which runs for several hours (16 hours a day, 7 days a week) and it does not bother me and operating at slow speed (slightly faster than the P4 is good, I just want a reliable PC instead of faster). Suggestions? BTW, I would use XP instead of Vista. THX in advance. Yes, I'll make a new PC this i7 week, but you still want to save that child for light duties.

Once the motherboard died, it is best to get a new computer. unless you have some sort of affinity to his case, it's much cheaper just garbage and buy a new PC rather than trying to replace the motherboard.
