Can you repair my computer?

I erased the hard drive of my PC (Packard Bell I-Media for 3 years). Now when I install my recovery disk and try to reinstall everything, I get an error message that is not the hard drive! I have no CD-ROM 3 recovery but recently bought a new computer and recovered DVD – their anyway I can use it on my old PC to format the hard drive? All free utilities you can use? When you turn on your PC will boot from the CD-ROM and floppy then. Please help! This gives me the opportunity to add the serial number and when I do, the States still found difficult.

I think it's because that your system files have been damaged due to the deletion of files. I think you need to reformat. Try to reformat the computer instead of using rescue disks. The steps are easy. Put on a CD of Windows can boot into the ROM and restart your PC. While restarting, enter the BIOS and try booting from the CD. Find a way you can type commands. Each BIOS is different, so they can help accurately that. When you are able to enter a terminal and type this command: format c: / NTFS can ask some questions like "format change will make all files C: to be completely removed, are you sure? "And the type and press Enter. Once you have added / NTFS command, you change the format (delete all files) and then change the file system to NTFS version. Currently, I suppose, because the unit can be changed in a FAT file system or a different version of his original version on which Windows is installed. I hope I help you solve your problem.
