AT&T Unveils Embedded Netbook and Laptop Offers Targeted at Small Businesses
Recently, a small gift to myself I bought a new computer. I already had a desktop that is good for almost everything I need, however I wanted a small cheap laptop to take coffee to update my blog and check emails. I explored the various websites and I just happened to look on the Dell site and noticed there was a special offer on "netbooks".
I looked at the various options and decided to go cheaper Dell Mini 10v. The "v" means the value. I chose the most below specification and I intend to use it only for light use. After two weeks, a small packet of Nice on my door. At first I was not sure what it was, but when you open it I realized it was my new computer Portable. Unboxed When the first thing that struck me was the size of the computer. The ecological footprint is barely larger than a DVD case. When you start the next thing I noticed was the noise, or rather the lack thereof. Because the state solid drive (SSD) and the absence of this small computer fan laptop was completely silent. The second thing that struck me is the rapidity with which they start. It took 30 seconds to start. Because the beginning of a slightly optimized version Ubuntu 9.04 and with an SSD, 1GB of RAM if it does not hurt.
Overall, my experience so far has been extremely positive. Writing this message on the keyboard is very comfortable and my words per minute, only slightly reduced from a full size keyboard. My main concern is the trackpad. It is tics and is really small.
