What is wrong with my DVD-R which was written in the U.S., but I play on a team from the United Kingdom?
I stored / Burn files (JPEG) on a DVD-R using a Sony Vaio PC (Drag and Drop software) in the United States. I was able to open files another computer without any problems (which is Packard Bell). When I returned to the United Kingdom, I can not open it. region is an issue or problem software. Please help. I tried to change the locale my PC but can not because I ask for a region 1 media is inserted in the drive. I managed to change the region code of my file, but still nothing happens, I'm still stuck! heeellllpppp!
It's a matter of region. Region coding only applies to the original plant (eg, a film of pre-recorded DVDs that you buy in a store). All DVD writers around the world will burn discs as region free. I do not know why the disc does not play, but as there is no region not a matter of region.
