Portable crackling problem?

I have a Packard Bell EasyNote C3 Laptop Ajax specifications are Intel dual-core, 1 GB RAM 3 GB was, Windows 7 Home Premium, has been considered a basic 500GB hard drive. Whenever I play an MP3 file, or online games, my sound in my speakers sounds like the crackling all the time, but the sound is played completely ruins the music, I watched the pilot, who said that I have the best my team, my Realtek AC97 audio driver installed, I've never had any problem with him on any other computer before. this is not the level serious, the laptops are not weak, my volume is not that its very low and still does. I know it's more than that, do in my head in a big way, anyone know what's up with that? surely its an easy solution?
