Packard Bell EasyNote motherboard defective?
I have a laptop that overheats, the CPU fan does not turn. I know that the fan You can, however, because I tried it on another machine. What components of fan control? Is it something that is repairable? By the way, there are forums decent repair laptop anywhere? In reply to AlexC, the voltage is 2.7V on the CPU fan, thank you:)
Most laptops I've seen fans operate at 5, so that the tension does not seem enough. You can make a series of rapid, chaotic revised to provide more tension. What I want is for mounting one AA battery outside of laptop, a very small hole in an open space on the case, and feed on the son. Then I wire in series with the fan, to provide some additional tension. The other thing you can do is just forget the internal fan and better treatment for external cooling, as a range of carpets. It would be nice, and the internal but anything is better than nothing. =================== Well, it is the power supply fan to low or zero Packard Bell? Test with a multimeter and get back to us
