I have a Packard Bell, when you turn it gos through the launch shows the stuf normal until you get to?
the last two lines that says it seeks to "boot record from floppy and have not found boot record from IDE-0 .. OK, so it occurs, an error reading disk OCCURRED Press CTRL + ALT + DEL to restart I did that, but the same problem back to the ideal I can not get in any program
Sounds like a hard disk failure. Tried to boot in safe mode? If you can get to start in Safe Mode, I suggest backing up everything I can and then call for Packard Bell. If you can not learn to climb all, then you have to find your startup disk and see if you can work off that.
