My computer does not turn on?

I have a Emachine but has a Packard Bell motherboard when you press the power button Fan turn once and then nothing I disconnected one of the power goes to the motherboard and the team arrived, but nothing worked, so I reconnected and turn the fan away what I do

I like the same problem a few months. I replaced the radiator and it turns out that I cracked the motherboard just not on. That's what I think happened in your case. It's that or the food, but more likely the motherboard. Try putting a motherboard replacement, if possible, and try to see if it works. Good luck and I know how it goes (d.russu @ Gmail.com for more help).
