How can I restore a Packard Bell XP Desktop PC?
I have a desktop PC Packard Bell XP which is about two years. I caught a virus that interferes with my Internet connection. I tried to restore the computer to factory settings, but it will not work not. When new, I have 4 Master CD, s. When I try Smart Restore system calls for the CD 1 and CD 2. PC starts then return and nothing has changed, does not require CD 3 or 4! Someone out there who can help? Thank you for the comment. So how can I reinstall software? There was no CD, when purchased!
Not the best way to restore but to reinstall Windows XP. the virus is more stronger than you. good luck.
