Windows Vista update now speakers do not work!?
I have a Packard Bell monitor with speakers, I installed Service Pack 1 for Vista prompted, but now my speakers do not work. There is no headphone jack on the screen only the base station. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! He bought new computer with Vista installed and had no other problems. Thank you very much Sarah
Use the updates again … There are probably more> then … Right click> computer on the desktop or Start menu> Go to Properties> Device Manager> and look for a yellow question mark> If you see one> click device and choose the wrong device … Follow the guide … or update the driver and be sure to search online for drivers. Restart and check again. It must say whether the audio devices are working properly. To see if this helps.
