Mr. Stupid here again?

Can anyone help me. 1) I have Packard Bell EasyNote MV and whenever I'm running a program since shocks mouse across the screen and lose control, I ran Norton Antivirus, Windows Pro Care and Removal Tool for Windows, no help. I really close and restart the computer (Ctrl-Alt-Del reboot thingy is not). I tried several mice, laser trackball laser / mechanical rollers fixed and mobile HHHHEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPP but the problem persists. 2) I looked in the file system and tried to disable the mouse pad in front, but claims he is the synaptic pointing device and should not disable it. 3) When I am entering text cursor is outside the field appears and disappears somewhere in the middle of a text already written to the end writing in themiddle of it. aaaaarrrgggggghhhhhhhhh. 4) PLEEEEAAAAASSSSSEEEEE Fcuking HEEEEELLLLLPPPPPP makes me mad.

1) uninstall the current driver and download the latest driver for your mice. 2) You can disable the control panel. Icons system, Hardware tab, Device Manager button. Scroll to the entry "Mice and pointing devices" and double-click. Double-click on Synaptics Touchpad. On the General tab at the bottom, change "Use this device (enable) "to" not use this device (disable) "by clicking on the drop down menu. Click OK. 3) It is an effect of vibration on the mouse pad.
