HDTV making buzz?
I've had my Samsung LCD HDTV for about 2 years. Today I noticed a buzzing sound coming form the opening in the back I have never heard noise to speak of this before today. What should I do?
This is a wild guess and I will probably be attacked by TV Tech Man for opening mouth, but may be a cooling fan. Some sets have one built to improve ventilation. If this is a fan, the bearings can go out. The fan time stops and the set can overheat. There is an emergency now, but you probably should get the fan looked at / replaced.
