When I turn on my ps3 no picture on the TV and after a couple of seconds off at a red light.?
My TV is a Samsung 32 "LCD HDTV Series 5, and my ps3 just started doing that while I was playing Star Wars … after it is turned off while i wa i sPlaying lit but I was a black screen saying the signal cable and the PS3 went from green to red, maybe after 15 years with a sound 3click
I hate being the bearer of bad news, but it sounds very similar to mine. It actually happened twice. Once that was fixed by a repair shop and once a Sony UK. Mine was the BluRay drive. I hasten to add it changed mine after about 2 seconds of fan noise blast, accompanied by the green / yellow / red light sequence. If It's similar my problem, then your PS3 is a bust and should be watched. Look to the problem of 100GBP BluRay (150USD) or try to get it done under warranty with Sony. They can be nice – As if they were me. Good on Sony for customer service!
