How to fix a power module for HDTV?
My parents are launching a 46in Samsung DLP HDTV, because it broke the module power, so the TV only displays black and white and makes a horrible buzzing strong. If I fix the buzz, I keep the TV, I do not care the white and black. How do I fix the buzz?
Please do not get me wrong, but if you have to ask here is beyond their level skill.
