Samsung LCD HDTV upper right corner has a hand the size of area that is cloudy?

Its been like this for about 3-4 months, has not received no larger. I dont think its a big problem, but is a big nuisance when I'm seeing a Blu-ray, and that the cloud is in the black bar above the photo: P. I tried calling Samsung, but are closed for the moment. I will phone tomorrow, because it's still under warranty of 1 year. I'm worried, because although I have a TV for Christmas, and knowing my mom, she lost the invoice. Is it still possible to have it repaired under warranty, although my mom lost track?
